Responsibilities

Supports Faculty:
• Strategic planning and implementation of student success and retention initiatives.
• Leadership of academic and career advising services, operations, and policy implementation.
• Development of efficient, student-centered processes related to academic progression, concessions, and graduation.
• Data-informed decision making to improve student outcomes.
• Collaboration with departments, programs, and university partners to advance student success priorities.
Supports Students:
• Resolution of complex academic cases and student concerns.
• Access to coordinated academic & career advising and support services.
• Academic progression, degree completion, and student success.
• Development of clear and timely student communications regarding academic requirements, opportunities, and their university journey and beyond.
• Creation of inclusive, accessible, and equitable student support services.
