Biography
Ray Kletke is a lifelong learner fortunate enough to have spent 30 years engaged with learners as a high school teacher in School District 23 – Central Okanagan. His instructional practice during this time consisted mostly of senior high courses in Business Education, Law, and Alternative Education; and operated within a range of teaching/learning environments including blended learning, face-to-face, eschool, seminar, and extracurricular. Ray’s key research and practice interest areas are instructional design and student engagement.
Ray’s educational history includes a B.Ed (University of Alberta), Graduate Diploma in Educational Technology (Cape Breton University), and an MA (University of British Columbia – Okanagan).
Ray is energized to be a member of the OSE Field Advisor team, supporting the development of new professionals in a career area he loves.
